My specialty is organization. I am very good at taking chaos and making it manageable.

 Performed a variety of duties, primarily Quality Control and Engineering troubleshooting requiring drawing changes, Bills-of-Material changes, and costing reports.
 Developed and managed the Quality Improvement Team which acted as a watchdog group for quality issues and production efficiency.
 Responsible for international approvals including the European health and safety directives, CE (European Community) mark, and ISO-9000 certification efforts.
